About the Role

The Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama is seeking a highly organized and communicative Administrative Assistant to join the Academic Services Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Drama Department, ensuring the smooth operation of student and drama-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Drama Department, including student records, scheduling, assessment, and performance.
  • Develop and maintain efficient office procedures, including email and Microsoft Office package.
  • Ensure excellent customer care and communication skills, with a commitment to a high level of service.
  • Work collaboratively with the Academic Services Department and Drama Department staff to achieve team goals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
