About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. As a key member of our General Surgery Directorate, you will provide administrative support to our Specialty Manager and contribute to the operational management of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Specialty Manager, including managing waiting lists and day-to-day operational issues.
  • Assist in the prioritization of tasks and workload, including long-term projects and initiatives.
  • Support the Specialty Manager in performing designated activities and tasks that contribute to UHW-wide service objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and departments to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level with relevant experience or equivalent qualifications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
