About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and administrative skilled individual to join our team as an AO Support Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with the South East Wales Acute Oncology Services (AOS) team, providing administrative support to patients and clinical staff.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective daily administrative and organizational support for the AOS and CUP services. This will include recording accurate summaries of confidential clinical meetings, communicating with clinical teams and patients, and collating and inputting data.

Requirements

  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience
  • Experience in an administration role
  • Knowledge of NHS Systems

Desirable Skills and Abilities

  • Minute taking qualification
  • Ability to speak Welsh - Level 1
