Administrative Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to support our company operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining office systems, supervising staff, managing the office area, welcoming customers and guests, organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and overseeing catering during company events. Additionally, the successful candidate will manage company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages, supervise administrative staff, design office workflow, assess staff, and provide feedback to improve internal performance. The Administrative Operations Coordinator will also perform data entry roles, manage the inventory of office supplies, create travel itineraries for business executives, employees, and company events, and book travel and accommodation. Finally, the Administrative Operations Coordinator will manage diaries for executives and ensure management reports are filed in a timely manner.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the Administrative Operations Coordinator will need to be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize workload. The candidate must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, confidentiality, and discretion, as well as excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications is also essential. The Administrative Operations Coordinator will be able to work alone and as part of a team.
