Reed Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Risk Assessor for Cadent Gas. As a key member of our Dispatch Centre team, you will play a vital role in supporting the management and control of fatigue risk.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough fatigue risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong professional relationships with colleagues.
  • Work effectively in a high-pressure environment, managing a high volume of outbound calls and escalating non-compliances to supervisors.
  • Support the leadership team with resilience events and contribute to the development of a safe and healthy work environment.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly pay rate of £13.74.
  • A 8-week rotating shift pattern covering Monday-Sunday, with a mix of 16:00-00:00 and 18:00-02:00 shifts.
