About the Role

Aura AC is seeking an experienced Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely planning and execution of all stages of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Procurement and Management: Oversee the procurement of labor, equipment, and materials, ensuring efficient and cost-effective management of projects.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site visits and quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular project updates to management, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Project Management Qualifications: Prince2 or equivalent preferred.
  • Health and Safety Training: SMSTS or equivalent preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: HVAC / Building Services technical ONC or HNC beneficial.
  • Commercial Awareness: Proven ability to manage projects within budget and to high commercial standards.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
