Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough fatigue risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with supervisors to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong professional relationships with colleagues.
- Work effectively in a high-pressure environment, managing a high volume of outbound calls and escalating non-compliances to supervisors.
- Support the leadership team with resilience events and contribute to the development of a safe and healthy work environment.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly pay rate of £13.74.
- A 8-week rotating shift pattern covering Monday-Sunday, with a mix of 16:00-00:00 and 18:00-02:00 shifts.
