About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Controls Specialist to join our Property team at Coventry Building Society. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in risk management and financial control to make a real impact in our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across the Property function, ensuring that our operations are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. You will work closely with senior managers to develop and implement effective risk management strategies, and will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on risk-related issues.

This is a key role within the Property team, and we are looking for someone who can bring a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills to the position. You will be confident in your ability to communicate complex risk-related information to stakeholders at all levels, and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, and experience of working in a financial services or property-related environment. You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to communicate complex information to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. You will also have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
