Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough fatigue risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to implement effective fatigue management practices and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Provide expert guidance and support to staff on fatigue risk management and control.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of fatigue risk assessments and management activities.
- Participate in on-site assessments and contribute to the development of fatigue risk management policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of fatigue risk management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
