Key Responsibilities

  • Porterage and Furniture Management: Assist with the movement and arrangement of furniture and equipment to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to building occupants, ensuring they are informed of work order progress in a timely manner.
  • Facilities Inspection: Proactively inspect facilities to identify and report any maintenance or health and safety issues to the helpdesk and management.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Janitorial and Maintenance Tasks: Perform general janitorial duties and minor building fabric repairs as requested.
  • Event Support: Assist with setting up tables and chairs according to floor plans for events.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Participate in weekly and monthly planned maintenance tasks, including fire alarm tests, water temperature recording, and emergency lighting tests.
  • Facilities Organization: Ensure all areas are kept clean, tidy, well-stocked, and ready for business.
