Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Hollr Education Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the academy is a safe, inviting, and positive learning environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and Grounds Maintenance: You will be responsible for maintaining the academy's buildings and grounds, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Security and Health and Safety: You will work to ensure the academy's security and health and safety protocols are in place and followed.

About the Role: As a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, you will work closely with the facilities team to ensure the academy's facilities are maintained to a high standard. You will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance tasks, reporting any issues or concerns to the facilities manager, and working to ensure the academy's health and safety protocols are in place and followed.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of facilities maintenance and health and safety protocols. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
