Our Opportunity

We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role will involve conducting operational analyses and supporting the financial planning and budgeting processes for our resort.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in coordinating strategic financial planning, budgeting, and manpower processes.

· Provide detailed monthly operational analyses and present findings to senior management.

· Review and analyze capital expenditure requests, ensuring compliance with established procedures and calculating return on investment.

· Oversee accounting activities related to monthly and annual financial closings.

· Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all accounting transactions and records.

· Prepare and manage financial statements and reports for the serviced businesses.

· Analyze income statements, cash flow, and balance sheet activities.

· Participate in the implementation of information systems to enhance reporting quality and efficiency.

· Design and maintain accounting systems and procedures.

· Contribute to the corporate forecasting process for financial performance.

· Act as the Accounting Project Lead for significant capital projects.

· Manage capital asset activities, including transfers and disposals.

About You

We are looking for candidates with a robust background in finance and accounting, ideally with over five years of experience as a Finance Analyst, preferably in the hospitality sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and IT systems is essential.
