Role Overview

We are looking for a Seasonal Golf Operations Team Member to enhance our golf services. This role is vital in supporting the operational success of our golf facilities and ensuring a high-quality experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the financial success and daily operations of the golf facilities
  • Provide outstanding service to members and guests
  • Assist with tee time reservations and operational planning
  • Manage the Pro Shop, including inventory management and merchandising
  • Oversee golf operations, including starter duties, guest greetings, and driving range management
  • Handle administrative tasks to improve guest satisfaction

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and polished individual with a strong interest in golf. You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Previous experience in golf operations and hospitality is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems, Excel, and Word.

Compensation

This seasonal position offers a competitive hourly wage along with a variety of associate benefits. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekend shifts, is required during peak periods.
