About the Role

We are currently seeking a Golf Operations Associate to join our team at Duke's Golf Course. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for contributing to the profitability and operation of the golf outlets throughout the resort. Your role will involve a range of duties and responsibilities to enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the profitability and operation of Duke's Golf
  • Deliver exceptional member and guest experiences
  • Assist with reservation bookings and business planning
  • Manage the Pro Shop, including merchandising and stock control
  • Oversee Golf ops, including Buggy Store, 1st Tee Starter, Meet and Greet, and Driving Range operations
  • Handle Duke's Admin tasks to enhance guest experience

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-presented individual with a passion for golf. You should have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and previous experience in golf operations and hospitality. Proficiency in POS, Excel, and Word is desirable.
