Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Golf Operations Associate to join our team during our busy high season. As a key member of our DSA Golf operation, you will contribute to the profitability and operation of our golf outlets, providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences through excellent service and engagement.
  • Manage and maintain the buggy operation, including cleaning, watering, and general tidying.
  • Welcome golfers to the Duke's Course, offering advice on tee boxes, course layout, and pace of play.
  • Provide a warm welcome and layout of the property, including restaurant, changing facilities, Pro Shop, and driving range.
  • Enhance guest experiences by offering knowledgeable information on Duke's Golf bookings and restaurant reservations.
  • Assist with general administration tasks as required.
About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-presented, and confident individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Previous golf operations experience and hospitality experience or relevant qualifications are desirable. You should be confident in using POS, Excel, and Word.
