About the Role

As a Seasonal Golf Operations Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest experiences, managing golf operations, and contributing to the profitability of our golf outlets. Your duties will include:

  • Member and guest experiences
  • Reservation bookings
  • Business ideas and planning
  • All golf operations duties

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Exceeding guests' and members' expectations through excellent and engaging service
  • Anticipating guest needs
  • Maintaining high-quality displays in the Pro Shop
  • Managing and maintaining buggy operations
  • Welcoming golfers to the Duke's Course and providing advice on tee boxes and course layout
  • Improving guests' experiences by providing a welcome and layout of the property
  • Ensuring standards of arrival areas are of the highest standard
  • Providing and clearing range balls and maintaining set-up to a high standard

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-presented, friendly, and confident individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. You will enjoy working as part of a team but can also work independently. Desirable skills and experience include:

  • Previous golf operations experience
  • Hospitality experience or relevant qualifications
  • Confidence in using POS, Excel, and Word
