Role Overview

We are in search of a Seasonal Golf Operations Team Member to enhance our golf services. This position plays a crucial role in the effective management and profitability of our golf facilities. You will engage in a variety of tasks aimed at enriching the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the financial success and daily operations of the golf facilities
  • Provide outstanding service to members and guests
  • Assist with managing reservations and operational planning
  • Oversee the Pro Shop, focusing on inventory management and merchandising
  • Coordinate golf operations, including starter duties, guest greetings, and driving range management
  • Handle administrative tasks to improve guest satisfaction

Candidate Profile

We seek a motivated and polished individual with a genuine enthusiasm for golf. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, with experience in golf operations and hospitality. Familiarity with POS systems, Excel, and Word is advantageous.

Compensation
