Overview:
This role presents a remarkable opportunity for a seasoned sales professional in the SAAS sector, particularly within a dynamic RegTech organization. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in sales, demonstrating a successful history of cultivating demand and establishing connections with prospective clients in the Fintech industry.
The selected individual will report directly to the CEO and Chairman, engaging in a hybrid work model that includes both onsite and remote responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct comprehensive market assessments (including trends, competitive landscape, and product offerings)
● Formulate and implement sales strategies tailored to designated markets.
● Achieve and surpass sales targets through various activities such as sales calls, product demonstrations, qualification meetings, and closing deals.
● Develop and oversee a sales pipeline, identifying and evaluating sales opportunities while managing multiple transactions concurrently.
● Maintain and document customer interactions and transaction details within a CRM platform.
● Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to prepare proposals
● Work with the Legal department to draft contracts
● Assist in the client onboarding process, including contract reviews and securing necessary signatures
● Gather customer insights and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
● Create press releases and manage social media communications
● Engage in marketing initiatives and coordinate webinars
Preferred Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
● Familiarity with market research and analytical methodologies
● Proven track record in sales and/or business development
● Results-oriented with strong prioritization skills
● Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively
● Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with native proficiency in English and preferably a good command of French and/or German
● Authorized to work in the U.K.
● Willingness to travel as necessary
