Customer Care Representative

Position Overview:
This position involves:

  • Efficiently managing customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring a high-quality response.
  • Processing customer orders via phone and addressing email inquiries from clients and vendors.
  • Identifying opportunities for enhancing the customer service experience.
  • Ensuring a positive interaction for all customers engaging with Zoro UK Ltd.
  • Coordinating orders with suppliers and monitoring their progress.
  • Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including order tracking and processing returns and refunds.
  • Supporting additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Adhering to GDPR regulations (training will be provided).
  • Complying with the company management system (ZIMS) requirements consistently.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
  • A strong customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team objectives.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and manage a high volume of inquiries.
  • Attention to detail while juggling various responsibilities.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive.
  • Proficient in computer skills; familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and listening.
