**A Day in the Life**
As a Guest Service Assistant (Night Shift), you will be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them with a friendly smile and exceptional service. Your duties will include:
- **Hotel Reception**: Handle check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and professionalism.
- **Food and Beverage Service**: Prepare and serve food and drinks to our guests.
- **Bar Service**: Provide exceptional service to our guests in the bar area.
- **Cleaning Duties**: Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for our guests during the night shift.
**What We're Looking For**
We require a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and living our brand standards. You will need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including 8 and 12-hour shifts between 7pm and 7am, across any day of the week.
