Sales and Administration Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Administrator to join our expanding team on a permanent basis.
About the RoleAs an Internal Sales Administrator, you will work closely with the Sales Team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers. Your duties will include:
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone
- Accurately and promptly inputting customer orders onto company databases
- Assisting with providing quotations
- Collaborating closely with all departments to ensure the smooth running of orders and informing customers of any delays
- Identifying and targeting new business opportunities
- Being knowledgeable on new and existing products
- Providing regular reports
- Working towards agreed KPIs
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- A good level of numeracy and IT skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive can-do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence in providing excellent customer service
