Job Title: Technical Finance Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Finance Business Analyst to join our team at Pioneer Search. As a key member of our Finance Transformation Programme, you will play a crucial role in understanding and assessing the changing needs of our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and understand the changing needs of the finance team and communicate these requirements to various departments.
  • Develop proposals and business cases for finance technology initiatives by translating needs into solutions to achieve organizational goals.
  • Document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to develop a change management/training plan.
  • Review, maintain, and suggest modifications to current procedures and processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Technical Business Analyst working on Finance Transformation Programmes, ideally in the Lloyd's/London specialty insurance sector.
  • Proven track-record in delivering complex finance-oriented technology implementation projects across vendor system implementation, integration, and custom build solutions.
  • Knowledge of finance systems, finance function, accounting concepts, and principles.
  • Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate scope and finances.
  • Strong relationship management skills across all levels of the business.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position, offering a competitive salary of up to £70,000 base + benefits. The role requires 3 days a week working from our London office.
