We are seeking a seasoned Sales Operations Manager to drive sales performance and efficiency at MasterMover. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and managing sales tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute sales operations plans to enhance sales conversion rates
- Analyze sales metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth
- Manage and maintain sales tools and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Lead the team in setting and achieving sales targets
- Develop and track sales performance metrics and KPIs
- Provide exceptional customer service through continuous improvement
- Identify individual training needs and implement personal development plans
- Foster a collaborative customer-focused team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role
- Demonstrable track record of optimizing sales processes and improving sales performance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
