As a Local Business Development Manager at Inchcape Retail - Part of Group 1 Automotive, you will be responsible for driving exceptional customer experiences with a world-class brand. You will be proactive in finding new corporate vehicle sales opportunities and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute prospecting and direct marketing activities to promote the brand and develop sales to local business customers.
  • Develop and implement a structured sales plan to achieve agreed site activity and sales targets.
  • Coach retail sales teams to deliver an incredible service to new and existing business customers.
  • Maintain the CRM database to provide regular reports on activity, sales progress, and potential areas for sales and profit.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or a target-driven role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a drive to exceed targets.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and close sales.
  • Full UK driving licence.
