Our Tops Bournemouth Nursery is a 131-place Day Nursery & Pre-School located in a vibrant community. We offer a variety of extracurricular activities, including Tops Forest School, cooking classes, music sessions, yoga, and mindfulness practices.

Key Responsibilities: Your role as Assistant Nursery Manager/Trainee Manager includes:
- Collaborating on the effective implementation of daily, weekly, and monthly room assessments and related action plans
- Proactively monitoring and addressing accident trends
- Inspiring and leading your team, providing tailored motivation and training based on unit requirements
- Efficient management of resources, organization of routines, and seamless communication with senior management
- Expertise in developing settling-in profiles, short-term, medium-term, and long-term plans, next steps, and learning journeys
- A steadfast commitment to the safeguarding of all children in the nursery
Minimum Qualifications:

A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification is required. All candidates must have an enhanced DBS on the update service. Offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
