About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Early Years Trainer to join our dynamic team at Aspire Training Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessments to our learners, ensuring they achieve their goals and develop the skills they need to succeed in their careers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a range of award-winning qualifications in Early Years and Education
  • Use our e-portfolio system to manage the learner journey and ensure accurate assessment of learners against National Standards
  • Support a manageable caseload with 3 hours per month assigned to each learner
  • Implement Equal Opportunities at all times and ensure efficient processing of paperwork and marking assignments within 2 weeks of presentation
  • Meet with the Senior Manager on a regular basis to discuss individual learner's development
Requirements
  • A level 3 qualification in Early Years / Education, or equivalent, is essential and you will have significant occupational competency in the Early Years / Education sector
  • Experience in leadership and Management, with a strong understanding of E-Learning Portfolios and a passion for delivering good quality training
  • IT competency and the ability to work on your own initiative, prioritizing your workload at all times
  • A valid Driver's Licence and the ability to travel across your region
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Experience in training and assessing Early Years to Level 5 standard and functional skills up to Level 2
  • A teaching qualification (e.g AET, PTLLS) and assessing qualification (e.g A1,CAVA) would be advantageous

Interview Process
  • First stage: If your application is shortlisted, you will be invited to a telephone interview with our Talent Team
  • Second stage: If successful, you will be invited to the final interview stage which will consist of an online interview with an Aspire Training Team leader / Director
