Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Relief Early Years Practitioner to join our team at YMCA Bournemouth. As a Relief Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our preschool setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and develop
- Plan and implement engaging and educational activities that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early years education
Requirements:
- Qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., EYFS, NVQ, or equivalent)
- Experience working with young children in a preschool or similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and education to children
