**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at Eliteemployment. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to children from birth to 5 years old.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging and creative activities that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver education programs that meet the needs of all children.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing strategies to support their development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress and involving them in their child's education.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and ensuring that children's needs are met.
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of breakfast, breaks, and lunchtimes, ensuring that children's nutritional needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and ensure that our education programs align with this framework.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years, CACHE or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a nursery setting.
  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance.
  • Desirable: Safeguarding training and qualification.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £24,960.00 per annum.
  • A 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday.
