Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly assessments in the room, ensuring action plans are effectively implemented
  • Monitor and address accident trends appropriately
  • Lead and inspire your team, ensuring they receive tailored training to meet their individual needs
  • Manage resources, organize routines, and maintain communication with the senior management team
  • Be proficient in creating settling-in profiles for children, alongside their developmental plans and learning journeys
  • Commit to the safeguarding of all children under your care

Minimum Qualifications:

A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification is essential. All successful candidates will undergo safety checks, including a completed Application Form and DBS Checks.
