Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Nursery Trainee Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our nurseries and driving excellence in childcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective strategies for nursery operations and staff development.
  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure exceptional care and education for children.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
  • Proven experience in childcare or a related field, with a strong understanding of early years education and care.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders.
