Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Nursery Trainee Manager to join our team at Tops Bournemouth. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in guiding the development of our children and staff, contributing to their growth and learning every day.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the team to execute daily, weekly, and monthly room checks and associated action plans.
- Monitor and handle accident trends effectively.
- Lead and motivate your team, providing tailored training and support aligned with unit needs.
- Manage resources efficiently, organize routines, and communicate seamlessly with senior management.
- Create settling in profiles, short-term, medium-term, and long-term plans, next steps, and learning journeys.
- Ensure the safeguarding of all children in the nursery.
A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification is mandatory. All candidates must have an enhanced DBS on the update service. Offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks. As this role involves regulated activity with children, individuals on the Children's Barred List should refrain from applying.
