Deputy General Manager

PizzaExpress is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and drive commercial success
- Lead and coach a dynamic team to deliver outstanding results and exceptional customer service
- Manage and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and food quality
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
Requirements:
- Leadership skills: ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results
- Financial management: experience in managing a P&L, budgeting, and financial analysis to drive optimal performance
- Customer service excellence: ability to deliver outstanding service and understand customer needs
