As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be part of our Emergency Team, handling inbound calls from customers and suppliers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure swift action in metering emergencies, whether it's gas or electric. You will work closely with our field operatives and managers to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound calls and resolving customer queries
- Coordinating with field operatives and managers to resolve metering emergencies
- Managing supplier escalations and ensuring timely resolutions
- Learning about the gas and electricity industry and collaborating with different departments
We are looking for a proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers in high-pressure situations. If you have a solid educational background and proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced call centre environment, we encourage you to apply.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will have the flexibility to work from home with a hybrid setup and visit our Wigan call centre HQ twice a week. You will earn a competitive annual salary of £26,520 and have the opportunity to grow with our company.
