About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to lead our Origination and Marketing department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing advanced origination and marketing strategies for aircraft assets, driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sophisticated origination strategies for aircraft assets, leveraging market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage high-profile client relationships and strategic partnerships, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Represent the company externally at trade forums, conferences, and events, promoting our brand and expertise.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management, informing business decisions and driving growth.
  • Mentor and develop the origination and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, aviation management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Significant experience in advanced marketing strategy development and client relationship management.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in advanced marketing tools and software.
