Reception Supervisor – ibis, Bridgwater

Cycas Hospitality is a dynamic hospitality company seeking a skilled Reception Supervisor to lead our Front Office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring guest satisfaction is our top priority.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for creating memorable guest experiences, and experience in training and developing teams for exceptional service. Proficiency with Opera software is a plus.

About the Role:

As the Reception Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Motivating and coaching team members to uphold our commitment to care
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction is our top priority
  • Proactively addressing guest concerns and resolving issues
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
