Cycas Hospitality is seeking a skilled and motivated Reception Supervisor to lead our Front Office team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for motivating and coaching your colleagues to provide outstanding service and ensure our guests have a memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain a positive atmosphere across our teams.
- Motivate and coach colleagues to provide outstanding service and achieve our world of care promise.
- Ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks, following up where necessary to maintain high standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to train and develop a team with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Proactivity and efficiency in completing tasks and following up where necessary.
- Proficiency with Opera or similar property management systems is preferred but not essential.
