Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
- Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including employment law, employee relations, and benefits.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage employee data, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
- Flexibility to work part-time, four days a week, during term time, plus additional weeks during school holidays.
