About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Campus Liaison Officer to join our team at Regent College London. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service to students, staff, and visitors, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • HubX Support: Work closely with the HubX team to support students, individually and collectively, ensuring they receive a comprehensive support network in all aspects of their study.
  • Reception Duties: Manage the reception desk, including taking deliveries, showing visitors around the site, and using Microsoft packages to complete administrative tasks.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Assistant Campus Manager and Campus Manager, including tasks such as opening the building, conducting inspections, and reporting maintenance issues.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with students, staff, and visitors, maintaining systems in an accurate and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft packages, with a strong understanding of administrative software and systems.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexibly, including travel within London, as required.
