We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Campus Liaison Officer to join our team at Regent College London. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service to students, staff, and visitors, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • HubX Support: Work closely with the HubX team to provide comprehensive support to students, ensuring they receive a positive and supportive experience.
  • Reception Duties: Manage the reception desk, handling deliveries, showing visitors around the site, and using Microsoft packages to complete administrative tasks.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Assistant Campus Manager and Campus Manager, including tasks such as opening the building, conducting site inspections, and reporting maintenance issues.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with students, staff, and visitors, maintaining accurate and timely records of interactions and issues.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft packages, with experience in using Microsoft Dynamics Power Automate desirable.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexibly, including travel within London, as required.
