Regent College London Campus Ambassador

Regent College London is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Campus Liaison Officer. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors at our campus locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service to students, staff, and visitors, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- HubX Support: Work closely with the HubX team to support students, individually and collectively, ensuring they receive a comprehensive support network in all aspects of their study.
- Reception Duties: Manage the reception desk, including taking deliveries, showing visitors around the site, and using Microsoft packages to complete administrative tasks.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Assistant Campus Manager and Campus Manager, including tasks such as opening the building, conducting inspections of the site, and reporting maintenance issues to the Facilities Team.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with students, staff, and visitors, maintaining systems in an accurate and timely manner.
- Customer Service Experience: Essential experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Microsoft Dynamics Power Automate (desirable).
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexibly, including travel within London, as required.
