Job Title: Senior Design Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Manager to join our team at RED Engineering Design. As a Senior Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading our design team in the delivery of high-quality projects, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design team in the development of project designs, ensuring that they meet the client's requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and architects, to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring that our designs meet their requirements.
  • Manage and mentor junior design team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that our designs are innovative and meet the latest industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a design leadership role, preferably in the data centre industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
