About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager to join our team at SMC Design.

This is a key leadership position that requires a strong background in design, project management, and team leadership.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs and projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
  • Lead and motivate a team of designers and project coordinators
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in interior design and project management
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs and projects
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
