Our clients require high-performance, visually compelling, and sustainable environments to move their enterprises forward, support their culture, engage their staff, integrate technology, and drive efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with our design team to develop innovative design ideas that meet client needs.
  • Provide a preliminary review of engineering drawings to ensure they align with the design solution.
  • Under supervision, develop preliminary space plans at a high level, taking into account client requirements and business objectives.
  • Research and collect details for furniture and finishes cost estimates, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist senior staff with verification of site details to support design, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist in field surveying of client spaces to gather essential information for design development.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an architecture, interior architecture, or interior design program.
  • ~3-5 years of related work experience, with a strong background in corporate workplace and hospitality interior design projects.
  • ~3+ years' experience working on projects in the UK and/or EU.
  • Advanced Revit abilities and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Detailed experience of concept design and familiarity with suppliers.
  • Must be available to work in the office at least 3 days a week.

Desirable Skills:

  • Working knowledge of the range of design principles and aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with space planning methodology.
  • Intermediate sketching and rendering skills.
  • Familiarity with building systems, codes, and accessibility requirements.
