Bank Specialist Speech and Language Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team on a bank basis. As a bank specialist, you will work across Hull and East Yorkshire, providing adult speech and language therapy in various community settings.
Main DutiesAs a bank specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech and language therapy services to clients with a range of conditions, including neurological disorders, voice difficulties, stammering, frailty, and respiratory conditions. You will work closely with senior staff and have access to excellent admin support and established caseload management processes.

Person Specification- Postgraduate Diploma in a relevant specialist area or professional qualification to degree level supplemented by specialist accredited training and experience in specialist fields equivalent to postgraduate diploma level.
- Postgraduate Dysphagia qualification and/or evidence of competence at the specialist level on the RCSLT Dysphagia competencies.
- Current HCPC professional registration.
- Current RCSLT membership.
- Full understanding of relevant policy, legislation, and guidance relevant to clinical and service areas.
- Full understanding/application of relevant clinical practice/standards/audit within identified clinical areas.
- Specialist understanding of relevant clinical practice, standards, and protocols within identified clinical areas.
- Evidence of undertaking audits/surveys.
- Basic IT skills.
