As a Speech and Language Therapist in our banking department, you will work with adults with a range of communication disorders, including neurological disorders, voice difficulties, stammering, frailty, and respiratory conditions. Our team provides adult speech and language therapy across a number of community settings, including community inpatient units, specialist multi-disciplinary stroke services, community clinics, and domiciliary visits.

We offer excellent admin support and established caseload management processes to ensure that our therapists can focus on providing the best possible care to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide adult speech and language therapy across a range of community settings
* Work with adults with a range of communication disorders, including neurological disorders, voice difficulties, stammering, frailty, and respiratory conditions
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of our clients
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our clients
* Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in speech and language therapy

**Person Specification:**

* Degree or postgraduate qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
* Membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT)
* Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
* Experience of working with adults with communication disorders
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
