Position Overview

This role is ideal for individuals with a solid background in hand rehabilitation, suitable for candidates at a band 6-7 level. The compensation for this position ranges from £33 to £40 per hour, all-inclusive.

Key Responsibilities

Applicants should possess extensive expertise in managing patients with hand therapy needs, which ideally includes:

  • Splinting techniques
  • Clinical assessment of both straightforward and intricate trauma cases
  • Addressing acquired hand and wrist ailments, including tendon and nerve repairs, fractures, and conditions such as Dupuytren's contracture, osteoarthritis, wrist discomfort, and De Quervain's syndrome.
Qualifications

While prior experience within the NHS is preferred, candidates with a background in private practice will also be considered.

Availability

Applicants should be ready to start the role promptly and commit to the entire duration of the contract.
