Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the SSC Finance Hub Lead to ensure effective allocation and control of work, maintaining high quality standards.

  • Handle internal queries and build relationships with colleagues and teams across BDO UK.

  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the team towards achieving their objectives.
  • Ensure clear, concise, and effective communication within the team and with other stakeholders.
