About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our food and beverage services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Delivery: Manage the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage function, including financial performance, stock levels, and customer service.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of staff, including Team Leaders and Senior Team Leaders, to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage products.
  • Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with Aramark's hygiene and safety requirements, as well as all applicable personnel policies and labour laws.
  • Finance: Act as a purchasing officer and budget controller for the food and beverage function, working closely with suppliers to ensure the highest financial return.
Requirements
  • Previous management experience in the food services or retail industry.
  • Excellent numeracy skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 or 3 and Health and Safety qualification level 2.
  • Knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation.
