Job Title: General Assistant (Back of House)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized General Assistant to join our team at Northwood HQ. As a General Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with kitchen duties, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Assist with kitchen duties, including food preparation and cleaning
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including back of house areas and public spaces
  • Take payment and manage financial records as required
  • Assist with delivering official functions and events

Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work in the UK and have resided for the past 3 years
  • Previous experience is an advantage, but on-the-job training will be provided
  • A DBS check is required
