We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic General Assistant to join our dynamic team at Northwood HQ. As a key member of our back of house team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors
  • Assist with counter service, stewarding, and take payment as required
  • Support the kitchen team with general kitchen porter duties
  • Assist with delivering official functions and events
  • Clean and maintain back of house areas, including crockery and cutlery

What We Offer:

  • A full-time position with 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7, including some weekend work

Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work in the UK and have resided for the past 3 years
  • Previous experience is an advantage, but on-the-job training will be provided
  • A DBS check is required
